High-sensitivity signal amplification applied on antibody-antigen immune reaction has been a key material technology required for raid diagnosis (Lateral Flow Immunoassay, LFA).
Enzyme-based functional nanoparticles are applied to assemble the enzyme-nanoparticles, which represented a higher sensitivity and lower error rate in the diagnostic applications rather than that of previous gold nanoparticles due to their unique site of particle size.
